    1. Be Thankful. Give thanks for Today and for all you have. God’s Will for our life includes a constant spirit of gratitude regardless of our circumstances.     Yeah, I bet you probably read that or hear that a lot!  Every motivational speaker says “Don’t blend in” “stand out”  “be unique”,  “be different” etc.  of course you don’t need me to tell you how difficult that can be. It’s easy in theory, but living up to it is a whole different ball game.

  • Defending God!

    I recently had dinner with a couple of friends, and colleagues and during dinner, the conversation skirted around different topics from work, marriage, religion, and inevitably God. Everyone seemed to have an opinion on how God should be served and those who are serving him “properly” and those who are not. The argument went from why Christians believe in God to how “we” are being deceived by the white men who “brought” Christianity to Africa, and our pastors.

    Not too long ago, I was one of the most insecure people on this planet earth. I was worried that I was not intelligent enough, I thought I was ugly, that people don’t naturally like me, and anyone who does, must have a special reason to.
